In 2026, The Omicron Group completed construction and welcomed the first residents into Karen Baker and Mary Easter Residence Halls, new on-campus housing for first year and transfer students at Clark Atlanta University.
Valdosta University
Valdosta University (Valdosta, GA), has selected the development team of The Omicron Group and GreyStar to redevelop a 100-acre parcel of University land. The Lola at Delilah Square will be a fully immersive experience comprising a mix of residential, retail, commercial, and academic spaces.
